In Granny, players wake up trapped inside a dark, creaky house with only one goal: escape. However, the task is not simple. The house is patrolled by a sinister, zombie like old woman known only as Granny, who has extraordinarily sharp hearing. Any noise whether from dropping an object, opening a door, or stepping on a squeaky floorboard will alert her, sending her rushing to the player’s location.
The gameplay emphasizes stealth, strategy, and quick thinking. Players must quietly search the house for tools, keys, and clues while solving puzzles to unlock doors, deactivate traps, and ultimately find a way out. Granny adds to the terror by setting bear traps and blocking escape routes, making every move critical.
